Symphony League
Revitalizing a tradition that dates back decades, the North Mississippi Symphony Orchestra Symphony League plays a vital role in fostering community engagement, organizing fundraisers, and supporting the NMSO's artistic excellence, which has been a hallmark since its founding in 1971. The Symphony League’s mission is to celebrate and support the North Mississippi Symphony Orchestra through engaging concerts, fun events, and meaningful outreach while building relationships along the way. The Symphony League is a dynamic group of women dedicated to advancing the mission of the NMSO. The League meets as a group three times a year—in January, April, and October. Each year, the Symphony League plans and hosts two signature fundraising events — the Teddy Bear Symphon-tea in January and the Park Heights summer fundraising raffle in June—with all proceeds directly benefiting the NMSO and helping sustain professional orchestral music in North Mississippi.
